Conditions of Use
1. General
Following Conditions of Use are valid for all contracts, deliveries and further services. EuroVitamin Shop is allowed to change or complete this "conditions of use". Orders received before such change will be processed under the old "conditions of use".
2. Offers
Our offers are without obligation. Small deviations compared with pictures or descriptions are possible. Each old product list looses validity with appearance of the new one.
There are no minimum amount for orders on EuroVitamin Shop. If necessary we will ship part delivery without extra costs.
3. Deliveries and Payments
We deliver against Bank Debit (German Banks only), Prepayment by Bank Transfer or Moneybookers.com
Payments trough Moneybookers.com do not need a n account there. Several options for payment is available, Creditcard as well.
Money Pull Back after payment my Bak Debit:
If the customer settle the order and pays by Bank Debit, he is responsible to cover his bank account for 5 days after order fo our debit.
In case of refusing trough his bank or by himself a back debit will follow. I such case a fee of 6 Euro for back debit will be taken by our bak.
The Total Amount (for products plus the 6 Euro Fee) has to be payed by the customer to us.
4. Delivery Times & withdraw from contract
Goods from our stock will be shipped within 5 working days (We decline liability for transport problems).
In case goods are out of stock, the customer is allowed to to name a appropriate period of time for delivery in writing and to withdraw from contract if time is over.
In case no delivery is possible for guilt of producer or similar, both parties are allowed to cancel the contract if the agreed date of delivery is passed more than 2 Months. Agreed date of delivery is the 15th working day from date of shipment we announced by E-Mail (not later than 5 working days after order).
Withdraw has to be done in writing and customer has to give us the opportunity to pay back by bank transfer or Moneybookers.com
5. Debits of Online Payments
Payment by Bank Debit will cause debit of customers bank account automically within 2 working days, even in case of delay of shipping the goods.
6. Risk
The risk for goods will be taken over to customer if they get shipped.
7. Warranty
EuroVitamin Shop confirmes the delivered goods will be in immaculate condition. Customer must inspect goods immediately after receiving. In case of defects customer must notify in writing within 10 days of date of receiving. Returns must be stamped adequate.
8. Reservation of Proprietary Rights
Until full payment the goods are owned by EuroVitamin Shop.
